This involves much more than Real Estate so it is important to have a fully qualified Real Estate & Business Broker who has Broad and extensive Business Experience.

Following an Education in Economics and Finance my very first job was to negotiate the purchase of a host of diverse businesses, both large and small , profitable and unprofitable, on behalf of the London, England City Government.

This gave me a useful grounding in what works and what doesn't as well as various ways to value different types of enterprise and the important issues affecting each. 

On moving to Canada I became a successful C.E.O of several Manufacturing, Distribution, Export and Import businesses with hands-on involvement in New Factories, Plant Re-Locations, many diverse Warehouse Facilities, individual Retail Outlets and a Retail Chain of 70 locations.I have negotiated with all levels of Government ,with Labour Unions and with Suppliers and Buyers at every level,travelling extensively to do business on 6 Continents and am sensitive to cultural differences in business practice and negotiation.

I know the right questions to ask to properly assess the value not only of any Real Estate involved in the transaction, be it Ownership or Lease, but also the Fixed Assets, Working Capital and Goodwill and can quickly re-state complex Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss and Cash-Flows on a basis that is readily understandable for negotiation. I am experienced  in identifying any Environmental and Employee issues that may be involved
